Does trampoline, fitness and circuit training fit together? Certainly. Every Thursday evening you can be a part of an unique training on the trampoline with lots of fun, muscel training and endurance workout.
Outside the holidays every Thursday evening we offer a "Circuit Training" course with an energetic atmosphere! No matter if you are a woman or man, everyone can go to their own limit.
The course will be in our main court, the "FreeJump". Everyone can do the exercise at their own level. On 10 stations, we will do exercises for your muscels and strengthening. Occasionally, we will do an endurance training programme. The main focus is on having fun and movement in combination with muscle development. Positive effect: When jumping on the trampoline, something happens in your body. Through the necessary body tension you train your whole apparatus of movement. In addition, you train your balance and coordination, which improves your body feeling.
