The Japanese Garden in Kaiserslautern is the largest Japanese Garden in Europe, and it is the first garden of its kind in the Rheinland-Pfalz region. Located just a few minutes away from downtown Kaiserslautern, this unique garden is sure to impress. Inside you'll find a variety of plant life, small glimmering ponds and waterfalls, Japanese style architecture, and plenty of areas to relax. It's the perfect place to spend the afternoon. The Japanese Gardens are open every year from spring till fall—so you have until the end of October to visit! Then be sure to come back in the spring to see the cherry blossom trees in bloom.
